Claude L. Rouxel

Managing Director

Claude has now close to 50 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry, from management of operations with Exxon as a drilling engineer, projects management with Travocean in charge of their African business, to sales, marketing and business development for 30 years with Single Buoy Moorings (SBM), then Tanker Pacific and finally BW Offshore. Claude has a proven track record of developing major offshore opportunities, negotiating and concluding large contracts (up to 2.5 billion US$) for either lease and operations or EPC sale of Floating Production Systems with Oil & Gas companies. His international experience spreads all over the world including being based in Asia Pacific for 30 years. After graduating as a mechanical engineer from Ecole Centrale de Nantes, Claude obtained a master in Ocean Engineering from ENSTA in Paris.

Since the incorporation of Seanergy Pte LTD in Singapore in 2016, Claude has been involved as senior advisor, consultant, owner engineer, working with several major players in the Oil & Gas industry and particularly:
